* Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase
* We will refund the purchase price, less shipping & handling costs, plus a restocking fee at our discretion.
* Email info@chrisind.com or call 800-356-7922 and receive a RA# prior to return shipment.
* The return must accompany the shipment with a copy of your receipt and the issued RA#.
* A refund or in house credit will be made within15 days of the return.
* Please keep tracking number of returned shipments
* The customer is responsible for payment of the return shipping & handling charges.
* We will not be responsible for non-delivery or damage during return shipping. * The merchandise must be in a condition as to be re-sold as prime material on future orders. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition.
* Fabricated items, including some roll-formed products and special order items are non-returnable.
